McCain Sucks, Palin Sucks = No Bush left behind

Bush/McCain Cuts Low Income Med Subsidies in Minnesota

Posted on: September 12, 2008

What’s with Minnesota? They just held a rootin’ tootin’ Republican convention but now the Bush administration is cutting their low income medical subsidies.

Bush/McCain and McCain/Palin are more of the same.

A number of poverty and health advocates also are mobilizing against the cuts, which they say penalize states like Minnesota that use federal subsidies to supplement their own health programs. “It’s bizarre for the federal government to penalize the state for its own success,” said Katherine Blauvelt, a policy analyst for the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits.

Palin has a track record for cutting back on programs to help the less fortunate.

It looks like the Bush administration and the McSame/Palin administration is already drawing big lines between the us and them mentality.

Minnesota legislatures had no clue and now must scramble to find ways to provide services to low income families.

If it’s more of the same – Bush/McCain/Palin – this could happen in your state.
