McCain Sucks, Palin Sucks = No Bush left behind

What about the working poor? McCain against raising minimum wage

Posted on: October 28, 2008

It’s interesting that neither candidate has spent much time talking about the working poor.

It’s either the middle class or the rich people who make more than $250,000 a year.

Well, there are plenty of working poor who provide vital services such as waitstaff, kitchen workers, some hospital workers and aids, teachers aids, gas station attendees, box boys, sub contractor helpers, day to day workers, retail clerks including Wal-Mart, hotel maids, and laundry workers. There are lots of people who try to make ends meet with minimum wage jobs. The working poor are one step away from being homeless. They live from check to check.

The working poor contibutes to society but doesn’t have any kind of financial cushio to fall back on.

Which candidate is going to address their needs?

Not McCain who thinks the economy is just fine. McCain has voted 19 times NOT to raise the minimum wage which is primarily paid to women. McCain has voted again and again against raising the minimum wage.
